Before shipment, project design drawings, component production drawings, and material lists are integrated to create a dedicated inspection list to ensure no missed or error-checked.
The inspection team consists of business specialists and project design engineers. Engineers verify technical details on-site, ensuring business standards and double insurance.
Reject "visual inspection" and "estimate." The quality inspection site is equipped with high-precision micrometers, laser rangefinders, and professional tape measures to achieve quantitative verification of component dimensions.
QC On-site Control: The "Six-Step Method" for Component Inspection
We implement a rigorous six-step inspection process on the production line to ensure that every steel structural component meets export-grade accuracy.
Ensure the paint surface is smooth and free of foreign matter, with no roughness, residual welding slag, or paint damage. If any issues are found, take photos and record them to ensure corrosion resistance.
Use a high-precision tape measure to measure the length of the main component and the dimensions of the welded iron plate (ears) to ensure complete consistency with the design drawings and the bill of materials.
Based on the production drawings, use a tape measure to accurately measure the welding positioning and orientation of the iron plate. Visual estimation is strictly prohibited to ensure subsequent installation accuracy.
Use a micrometer to measure the thickness of the main component and welded steel plate at multiple points, and check the corresponding positions on the drawing to ensure material compliance with standards.
Check whether the steel stamp marking/inkjet code number on the component matches the production drawings and material list to ensure 100% accuracy of the "component identity."
Inspection results must be recorded simultaneously on production drawings and inspection lists, with issues photographed and archived. Work leaves a trace, responsibility assigned to individuals.
