What are WELLCAMP's payment terms?

We support mainstream international payment methods such as wire transfer (T/T). The specific method to be used will be clearly stated in the contract. Our payment terms are clear and flexible, negotiable based on the actual situation of the order, and are mainly divided into the following two standard processes:

Standard Payment Process

1. When Stock is Available

   If the product you order is available from stock, you can make a 100% full payment. Once the payment is settled, we will arrange for immediate shipment.

2. When Custom Production is Required (No Stock)

   If the product is not in stock and requires production, a 50% deposit of the total contract value is required after signing the contract to initiate raw material procurement and production.

   Before the goods are completed and ready for shipment, we will notify you to pay the remaining 50% balance. Upon receipt of the balance, we will arrange shipment and provide all shipping documents.

Flexible Arrangements for Large Projects:

For large-scale projects with higher values and longer cycles,we fully understand clients' cash flow and project planning needs. We support negotiating more flexible models that combine installment payments with batch shipments and batch payments. The specific plan will be finalized during contract negotiations.

All our payment terms will be clearly stipulated in the sales contract, with dedicated personnel providing full support throughout the process. We welcome you to discuss your specific project requirements with us in detail to jointly agree on the most suitable cooperation plan.
