What is WELLCAMP's typical delivery lead time?

Our delivery time primarily depends on product inventory status:

1. When Stock is Available

   If the product you order is available from stock, we can arrange for immediate shipment upon receipt of payment, significantly reducing your waiting time.

2. When Production is Required

If the product is not in stock and requires custom production, the delivery lead time officially starts after we receive the advance payment and both parties have confirmed all technical details and drawings. Common production cycle references are as follows:

 ①Standard Products or Mildly Customized Projects: The production cycle typically takes around 15-20 working days. This process includes material preparation, manufacturing, quality inspection, and other stages.

 ②Large-scale Projects or Deeply Customized Projects: For projects requiring special designs or complex functional integrations, the production cycle will be extended accordingly. We will provide you with a detailed production schedule based on the specific customization requirements after the contract is signed.

Factors that may affect production time include:

 ①Customization Level:New designs require additional R&D and prototyping time.

 ②Confirmation Process Efficiency:The speed of finalizing technical drawings and specifications directly impacts production initiation.

 ③Order Volume and Material Preparation:Large-quantity orders or the procurement of special materials may require more time.
