Do you provide samples or physical products for evaluation?
To support our clients' evaluation needs during the product decision-making process, we offer the following methods for viewing and experiencing physical products:
1. Small Standard Components and Material Samples
You may request small standard components (e.g., wall sections) or sample books of primary materials. This allows you to gain a visual understanding of the product's material texture and basic craftsmanship, serving as a reference for preliminary evaluation.
2. Large-scale or Customized Products
For large-scale or complete customized housing modules, due to significant production costs and logistics requirements, we typically cannot provide free full-scale samples. If a physical sample is essential for project evaluation, we can produce a custom sample unit to your specifications on an order basis. Related costs can be addressed through mutually agreed terms in subsequent bulk orders.
3. On-site Inspection (Recommended Approach)
We consider on-site inspection the most comprehensive evaluation method. We welcome you to schedule a visit to our production base to view the production line and completed model units. Where feasible, we will also endeavor to arrange visits to delivered projects for you to observe the product's practical application.
Regarding Related Costs
In accordance with industry practice, primary expenses incurred for sample production, transportation, or special arrangements for site visits are typically borne by the client. Upon receiving your specific requirements, we can provide a relevant cost estimate
