During the order confirmation process, we recommend specifying your preferred port of loading, port of destination, and applicable trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF). Based on your requirements, the nature of the goods, and current market space availability, we will consult with you to determine the most suitable transportation plan and clearly outline it in the contract to ensure smooth shipment execution.

If the products are not in stock and require custom production, the delivery lead time officially begins after we receive the advance payment and both parties confirm all technical details and drawings. Standard production lead times are as follows:
① Standard products or lightly customized projects: The production cycle typically takes approximately 15–20 business days, including material preparation, manufacturing, and quality inspection.
② Large-scale or highly customized projects: For projects requiring special designs or complex functional integrations, the production cycle will be extended accordingly. After the contract is signed, we will provide you with a detailed production schedule based on your specific customization requirements.
