What kind of steel is used in steel structure? Divided into several types-wellcamp light steel villa manufacturers

Building a house with a steel structure building in a rural area will definitely attract the attention of countless people, but we must understand that the materials needed for a steel structure building are just a general concept. If we look at the details from the perspective of Look, it can be mainly divided into the following three types: I-beam, C-beam, H-beam. I-beam, also known as steel beam, is a long strip of steel with an I-shaped cross-section. It needs to be divided into three types, namely: ordinary I-beams. There are 3 types of beam, light I-beam and H-beam. 1. Steel such as C-shaped steel is processed by cold bending of hot coil and automatically processed by C-shaped steel forming machine. It has thin wall and light weight, excellent section performance and high strength. Compared with traditional channel steel, the same strength can save 30% of materials. C-shaped steel purlins can be divided into five specifications: 80, 100, 120, 140, and 160 according to the height. The total length can be confirmed according to the construction engineering design, but the transportation and installation conditions are fully considered, and the total length is usually not more than 12 Meter. 2. H-beam, such as H-beam, is an economical cross-section steel with better cross-section mechanical properties, which has just been optimized and developed from I-beam. H-beam can be divided into wide flange (HW), middle-flange H-beam (HM), narrow-flange H-beam (HN), thin-wall H-beam (HT), and H-beam (HU). 3. H-beam It is a new type of economical steel for construction. Its steel section shape is economical and reasonable, and its mechanical properties are good. During rolling, each point on the section extends evenly, and the internal stress is small. Compared with ordinary I-beam, it has a cross-section. The advantages of large modulus, light weight and metal saving can reduce the building structure by 30-40%. In addition, because the inner and outer sides of the legs are parallel, and the legs are at right angles, they can be assembled into structural parts, which can save welding and riveting workload by 25%. It is often used for brackets and foundation piles in large buildings with large bearing capacity and good section stability. The flanges of ordinary I-beams and light-duty I-beams gradually thin from the root to the edge, with a certain perspective. Because their section size is relatively high and narrow, the moment of inertia of the two main sleeves of the section is relatively different. Therefore, they are usually only used for structural members bent in the plane of the web or to form a lattice structure. Stressed structural parts. It is not used for axial compression structural parts or structural parts that are also bent perpendicular to the plane of the web, which is also very limited in the scope of its application.
