Tailored Camp Solutions to Meet  Custom Needs.

Talk about the structural layout requirements of steel structure houses!

The structural system and structural arrangement of the steel structure house shall meet the relevant requirements of Section 2.3. The steel structure house should adopt the regular construction scheme as far as possible. When the irregular construction scheme is adopted, the seismic joint should be set, and the joint width should not be less than 1.5 times that of the reinforced concrete structure house. Steel structure houses with no more than 12 floors can adopt frame structure, frame-support structure or other structure types; steel structure houses with more than 12 floors should adopt eccentric support, reinforced concrete seismic wall panels with vertical joints, Built-in steel support reinforced concrete wall panels or other energy dissipation supports and cylinder structures. When the frame-support structure is adopted, the arrangement of the support frame in both directions should be basically symmetrical, and the length-to-width ratio of the floor between the support frames should not be greater than 3. The steel structure with no more than 12 floors should be supported by the center. Energy dissipation supports such as eccentric supports can be used. When eccentrically braced frames are used for steel structures with more than 12 storeys, the top layer can be supported centrally. The central support frame should adopt cross bracing, or herringbone bracing or single inclined rod bracing, and K-shaped bracing should not be used; the axis of the bracing should meet the intersection of the axis of the beam-column member, and the deviation from the center should not exceed the supporting rod when there is difficulty the width of the piece, and the resulting additional bending moment shall be taken into account. Each brace of the eccentrically braced frame shall have at least one end connected to the frame beam, and form an energy-dissipating beam segment between the intersection of the brace and the beam and the column or between the intersection of another brace and the beam in the same span. For the steel frame-cylinder structure with more than 12 layers, if necessary, a reinforcement layer composed of the outer arm of the cylinder or the outrigger and the surrounding truss can be provided. The floor slabs of steel structure houses mainly include composite floor slabs and non-combined floor slabs formed by cast-in-place concrete on profiled steel plates, assembled integral reinforced concrete floor slabs, and prefabricated floor slabs. Generally, composite floor slabs or non-combined floor slabs should be used; for steel structures with no more than 12 floors, the assembled integral reinforced concrete floor slabs can still be used, or fabricated floor slabs or other light floors; for steel structures with more than 12 floors, if necessary Set the horizontal support. When using profiled steel plate reinforced concrete composite floor and cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor, there should be reliable connection with steel beams. When using prefabricated, assembled integral or light floor slabs, the embedded parts of the floor slabs should be welded to the steel beams, or other measures to ensure the integrity of the floor should be taken.
