• Heavy-duty reinforced steel structure: Frames undergo heavy anti-corrosion treatment and thickness reinforcement to guarantee unshakable stability amid severe weather and geological hazards such as strong winds and earthquakes.
• Maximized ocean shipping capacity: Modular design enables up to 16 sets of container components to fit into one 40-foot high cube container, drastically cutting cross-border long-distance sea and land transportation expenses.
• Standardized rapid assembly: Wall panels, roof panels and base frames are fully prefabricated in the factory. On-site assembly relies solely on manual labor with high efficiency, greatly shortening pre-construction preparation timelines.
• Excellent airtightness and thermal insulation: High-density thermal insulation rock wool sandwich panels effectively block heat transfer. Multi-layer sealed anti-sand rubber strips prevent sand from seeping indoors and maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.
