What types of special containers are there?

In fact, there is not much difference between special containers and ordinary containers. Due to the needs of certain products, different designs and modifications have been made to the structure and equipment of the container. And because of the different goods being transported, there are many classifications of special containers. Which company is better for special containers? It depends on the variety of its products. Next, briefly introduce the main types of special containers. 1. Open-top special container. This is a container without a top or an open top. When loading and unloading goods, a crane must be used to load or unload heavy goods from the top into the box. This kind of container is suitable for loading goods such as glass panels, steel products, plywood, machinery and equipment, heavy goods that can be fixed by the side walls, and goods that are difficult to be loaded and unloaded from the door and loaded and unloaded from the top of the box. 2. Frame type special container This is a kind of container without top, wall, and end wall that can be unloaded, leaving only the bottom and four-corner pillars to bear the cargo. Special container This kind of container is mainly used for long and large pieces, overweight pieces, light foam cargo, heavy machinery, steel, steel pipes, naked equipment, etc., which are not suitable for loading into general cargo containers or open top containers. Goods, super-sized goods, goods that are not afraid of wind and rain, goods that need to be loaded from the top or side of the box, and goods that need to be fixed in the box. 3. Bulk special container This is a container used to load soy, rice, malt, flour, feed, cement, resin, borax, chemical raw materials and other bulk powdery and granular goods. For some goods that require plant quarantine, such as grain, some need to be fumigated and disinfected at anchorages outside the port. The bulk container can be provided with an opening for inputting fumigation drugs and a fumigation gas discharge port, and the container can be required to be airtight during fumigation. 4. Tank-shaped special container This is a container suitable for loading liquid cargo such as alcohol, oil, chemicals, and dangerous goods. This type of container has a special structure and equipment suitable for loading this type of cargo. When loading, the cargo enters through the loading hole on the top of the tank; when unloading, the cargo flows out by gravity from the bottom discharge hole, or is sucked out from the top loading port. High-quality special containers can be used repeatedly and have sufficient strength. Special containers can also be quickly loaded and unloaded, and transferred from one means of transportation to another. The important point is that the specifications and design of containers should facilitate the loading and unloading of goods. For the transportation industry, time and efficiency are important for special containers.
