The construction drawings are annexes to the construction contract, which provide an important basis for ensuring the performance of the contract. 2. If there are no drawings, there will be relatively large disputes in the construction process, so you should try not to ignore them. 3. Contract project cost 1. Generally speaking, the project cost is more concerned by both parties. The owner is worried that the money has been spent and the house has not been built; the construction party is worried that the house has been built and the money has not been put in place. 2. The contract has a total price contract and a unit price contract. If it is a unit price contract, the price is calculated according to the total construction area, and the calculation method of the area should be clearly stipulated as much as possible. 4. Payment method 1. Payment according to the progress is relatively easy for both parties to accept. If the construction team requires a large proportion of payment before the start of construction, the owner should be cautious. 2. The progress payment of the project is divided into several times, and the payment ratio of each time is based on the negotiation between the two parties. V. Contract construction period 1. Many contractors undertake many construction sites at the same time. Generally speaking, the progress is relatively slow due to insufficient manpower or poor organization. A professional construction team can build a house in three or four months, but it takes them half a year or a year. 2. As far as possible in the contract, it is necessary to clearly stipulate the construction period, how to deal with the delay in the construction period, and under what circumstances can the construction period be postponed (such as force majeure, Spring Festival, heavy rain that has not happened in 50 years, etc.). 6. Clarify the safety responsibilities of both parties.
