The Chengdu Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has again solicited opinions on the revision of the 'Notice on Progress and Clarification of the Requirements for Prefabricated Buildings in Our City'

The administrative departments of housing construction in all districts (cities) and counties, relevant design units and construction drawing review agencies, are in order to implement the national prefabricated building demonstration city construction and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development 'Key Points for Promoting the Development of Prefabricated Buildings in the Province in 2019' (Chuanjian Jianfa [2019] No. 127) required to improve the overall level of prefabricated buildings in our city, combined with the progress of prefabricated buildings, finished residences and the application of BIM technology, our bureau drafted the 'On Further Clarification of Prefabricated Buildings in Our City' Notice of Construction-Related Work Requirements (Draft for Comments)', you are hereby issued to ask for revisions again. Please report your revisions in writing (with the official seal of the unit) to our bureau before May 30, 2019 (Friday). Failure to reply within the time limit shall be deemed as no comments.
