In addition, due to insufficient understanding of the production process and the external dimensions of the cranes, the tonnage, quantity, and form of the cranes in the workshop (single-beam crane, double-beam crane, half-door crane), and the headroom left for the installation of the crane are unreasonable. Production use or cause larger. 3. Cost cost The industrial building design must fully consider the cost cost, which is the key to determining the size of the enterprise's income. The industrial plant design plan basically determines the cost investment in the later construction, and the failure of cost control is a common drawback of plant design. For example, the spatial structure design of the steel structure workshop is unscientific, the form of the column foot (hinged joint, anchor bolt rigid connection, anchor bolt plus steel shoe rigid connection, embedded rigid connection) is improperly selected, and the plant performance is not up to standard, resulting in an increase in the number of rework and repairs.
