How to stamp the house? Can you build a house with light steel? -wellcamp light steel villa manufacturers

In rural areas, many people choose to add one or more floors to their houses if they want to add more space on the basis of the original house, and light steel structure addition has become the choice of many people. Why? Are there any precautions in the process of adding layers to the house? Why use light steel to add layers, add layers to houses, and renovate double-storey villas? Because of their load-bearing problems, many brick-concrete structures cannot be solved. The use of light steel has a stable structure, easy construction management, high production and construction efficiency, short construction period, and small cross-sectional area. , Light weight, can obtain more use space than the same reinforced concrete structure, so light steel has more advantages in adding layers. Add layer method 1. Direct add layer method: directly add layers to the building without changing the structural load-bearing system and layout. It is suitable for the load-bearing structure of the original house and the bearing capacity and deformation of the foundation to meet the requirements of adding layers. Its advantages are that it has little impact on the original house, short construction period and low cost. The disadvantage is that it is limited by the bearing capacity of the original house and foundation, and the number of layers and heights are limited. 2. Reinforcement and layering method: It is to reinforce the original house first, and then add layers by directly adding layers. It is suitable for the situation that the bearing capacity of the original house is insufficient, and the bearing wall, frame column and foundation need to be reinforced. The principle is to improve the bearing capacity to meet the needs of adding layers. The disadvantage is that the impact on the original house is large, the construction period is long, and the cost is high. 3. Coat frame plus layer method: Coat frame plus layer method can be divided into 2 categories: 1) Separated coat plus layer method (the frame of the coat is separated from the original house), its advantage is that there is a clear calculation diagram, The load transfer path is clear, and the original house can be remodeled. The disadvantage is that the plane layout is enlarged, limited by the surrounding space, which is not conducive to earthquake resistance, and the cost is high. 2) Integral coat layer method (the coat frame is integrated with the original house structure), its advantages are that the coat span is small and the cost is low. The disadvantage is that the force calculation is complicated. What procedures are required to add layers? 1. If you want to add a floor to a rural self-built house, you need to apply for the construction. If you want to add a floor, it is not arbitrary, you can add it if you want. The review process for adding layers of self-built houses in rural areas is very strict. 2. Owners of self-built houses who need to add floors, renovate and build fences can apply to the town government for planning permission for construction projects with the land use approval and construction drawings of the housing and land department. 3. The town government shall check the area, construction area, number of floors, storey height, elevation, and four locations of the house according to the land use approval and construction drawings, and sign the opinion on the Application Form for Individual Housing Construction Planning Permit. 4. After approval, the 'Construction Project Planning Permit' will be issued. 5. After the planning is approved, the owner of the self-built house must submit a written application to the approval department within seven days before the start of construction. 6. The town government shall handle the 'Construction Project List' according to the written application and the 'Construction Project Planning Permit'. 7. After agreeing to start construction, the town government will send personnel to conduct re-inspection and fill in the 'Reinspection Record of Grey Line of Construction Project'. 8. The owner of the self-built house shall carry out the construction according to the area of the homestead, the field of construction, the construction area, the location of the house, the number of floors and the height, etc. specified in the approval document for construction land and the 'Construction Project Planning Permit'. 9. Submit an application for acceptance to the town government after the self-built house is completed. 10. The town construction office will send staff to apply for acceptance of the construction object, fill in the 'Construction Project Completion Planning Acceptance Submission Form', and sign opinions. 11. If the acceptance is qualified, the 'Construction Project Completion Planning Acceptance Certificate' will be issued to the house builder.
