1. Hot dip galvanizing method

Hot-dip zinc production has a high degree of industrialization, long durability and stable quality. In recent years, the profiled steel plates in the light steel structure system that have appeared in large numbers also use hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion, such as residential containers. The first process of hot-dip galvanizing is pickling and rust removal, and then cleaning. If these two processes are not complete, it will leave hidden dangers for corrosion protection, so it is necessary to treat them completely. For steel structure planners, it is necessary to prevent the design of components on the adjoining surface, and avoid incomplete pickling or acid cleaning in the gaps of the adhering surface. 2. Coating method

Excellent coatings depend on complete rust removal, commonly used high-quality fluorocarbon coatings, and anti-corrosion years of up to 50 years. Although the one-time cost is low, the maintenance cost is high when used in the field.
