Classification of Containers - Containers Wellcamp-Professional Container Production

We often see containers in the process of various ports, terminals and logistics transportation. When cargo needs to be loaded and transported, the container is a very good loading container. At the same time, there are many types of containers. So, what kinds of containers can be classified according to different classification methods? The first type is distinguished by the nature of the goods. We divide containers into: dry cargo, refrigerated containers, as well as automobile containers, livestock and animal hide containers, etc. The animal skin will leak liquid during transportation. The animal skin container will be equipped with a double bottom layer. This double bottom layer can allow the leaked liquid to flow into it. If it is a single bottom layer, the liquid may be left directly outside the box. Second, according to the manufacturing materials, it can be divided into three types: steel containers, aluminum alloy containers, and glass fiber reinforced plastic containers. The steel container is made of steel. Its advantages are high strength, waterproof and low price, but it is too heavy and not resistant to corrosion. The main part of the aluminum alloy container is made of aluminum alloy, which has beautiful appearance and strong corrosion resistance, but the production cost is much higher than the other two. The glass fiber reinforced plastic container has beautiful appearance, strong corrosion resistance, waterproof and anti-electricity, and the disadvantage is that it cannot carry too heavy goods. The third type is to distinguish according to the total weight. There are 5 weight classes, namely 30 tons, 20 tons, 10 tons, 5 tons and 2.5 tons. The fourth is to distinguish according to the structure. There are fixed containers, folding containers and thin shell containers. Among them, the fixed container can be divided into three types: closed type, open top type and plate frame type. The collapsible container can be easily folded or disassembled after use, and it can be reassembled after the next use. All parts of the thin-shell container are a complete whole, and the weight is relatively light. If there is torsion during transportation, the container will not be deformed.
