The 'Opinions' require that Chongqing vigorously develop prefabricated concrete structures, steel structures and modern wood structure buildings in accordance with the principles of zoning promotion and gradual promotion. Among them, the main city districts and Fuling District, Yongchuan District, Nanchuan District, Qijiang District and Rongchang District are key development areas, Wanzhou District, Qianjiang District, Changshou District, Jiangjin District, Hechuan District, Dazu District, Bishan District, Tongliang District, Tongnan District is an active development area, and other districts and counties are encouraged development areas. The key development areas should use prefabricated buildings or adopt prefabricated construction methods in the four designated projects from March 1 this year. Not only that, the 'Opinions' also require that qualified manufacturers of prefabricated building parts and components that have been identified as high-tech enterprises can enjoy relevant preferential policies according to regulations; new wall materials that meet the regulations can enjoy Preferential policy for immediate refund of value-added tax. The so-called prefabricated building is like building a house by 'building blocks'. In key development areas, four types of projects that should use prefabricated buildings or adopt prefabricated construction methods are: affordable housing and government-invested, construction-led construction projects; construction projects in the professional planning of prefabricated building development; noise Construction projects in sensitive areas; municipal facilities projects such as bridges, integrated pipe corridors, and pedestrian bridges. In addition to the key development areas, from January 1, 2019, the active development areas, and the encouraged development areas, from January 1, 2020, the prefabricated buildings or the prefabricated construction methods should also be forced when constructing the above-mentioned four designated projects.
