The houses in T labor camp we call T houses, these houses all the steel structures are hidden inside and connected by bolts and screws. It can be assemble and disassemble for 6 times. About is our normal design teachnical parameter, if your project is in Special geographical location, we will adjust our teachnical standard to your situation.
1.Steel structure: square tube steel for columns and beams, C section steel for purlins.
2. Wall: 50/75/100mm EPS/IESP/PU/Rock wool/ Glass wool Panel.
3.Roof: 50/75/100mm EPS/IEPS/PU/Rock wool/Glass wool panel.
4.Window and door: 950*1200 aluiminum sliding windows, steel door or Sandwich panel doors.
6.Floor: 15/18mm cement board or plywool board with structure.
For the labor camp dormitory, we normal design two story and have a walkway in the middle. As consider the drainage system, the toilet and the showerroom we nomal design in the first story. 6-8 people live in one room,if double bed 12-16 people can live one room.
The steel office building design is very flexible, the mobile building can be designed one floor or two floor.If you need the carpark, we can also can design.
Taking into account the flow of people and drainage, we suggest the steel canteen building design in one floor. Cooking room, storage room, workers eating area and managers eating room is the standard design we consider.
INSIDE DECORATION
All the green mobile building we provide in T labor camp design are empty design. We just offer the steel structure, wall and roof panel, windows and doors, you do the water, electrical systerm and decoration in loacal. Wall paper inside, PVC decoration sheet outside, PVC ceiling, ceramic tile, air condition are acceptable for the house decoration.
