Tailored Camp Solutions to Meet Custom Needs.
Effective thermal insulation is essential for improving indoor comfort, reducing energy consumption, and maintaining stable temperatures inside a container house. WELLCAMP container buildings use a multi-layer insulation system that combines wall, roof, floor, and airtightness solutions to achieve reliable thermal performance in different climate conditions.
The wall structure primarily uses factory-prefabricated sandwich panels with thicknesses ranging from 50 mm to 100 mm. Core insulation materials include EPS (expanded polystyrene), rock wool, or PU (polyurethane). These materials provide effective thermal insulation while also offering sound insulation and fire-resistant performance.
The roof structure is designed using multiple protective layers, typically including steel sheets, glass wool insulation, aluminum foil, and ceiling panels. This combination helps block external heat transfer and reduce solar heat gain, improving indoor thermal comfort in hot environments.
The floor system consists of a steel structural frame combined with magnesium oxide board (MGO board). For projects requiring higher thermal performance, an additional XPS insulation layer can be installed to further improve heat resistance and indoor comfort.
Joint sealing and tightly connected wall panels help minimize air leakage and prevent moisture intrusion. Improved airtightness enhances overall insulation efficiency and contributes to a more stable indoor environment.
Double-glazed insulated windows are commonly used to reduce heat transfer and minimize external noise, further improving energy efficiency and living comfort inside the container house.
