For many countries, it is poor economic conditions in some cities. The local government can’t provide a good environment for children to study. Also because of the inconvenient transportation, it needs a lot of money to build houses locally. Then the customers find us to help them solve this problem.

For our products, there are 3 types Container House suitable for classroom or school.

1. Detachable Container House

It is 4 units Detachable container house connection design, for 30-35 students.

2. Flat Pack Container House

3. Prefab K House

The most economical prefab house building, WELLCAMP K prefabricated houses come in different sizes, but has fixed parameters & formula to calculate the dimensions & areas. 1*40HQ can load around 280-320m2. The main steel structure is made from “C” section steel, with EPS/IEPS/Glass wool sandwich panel for wall & roof！6 workers can build 100sqm in one day! Can be done as 1 floor, 2 floors or 3 floors building!
