No need to do foundation and the land level is flat, as it have 8 sets adjusting supports at the bottom side, so it can been placed everywhere you want.

Two bedrooms, one opening kitchen, one living room and one bathroom with full sanitary equipment, including water and electric system, after connect the outside water and electric power, you can live in it.
