Our New Foldable House have been launched for some period of time , it welcomed by many new and old clients. But a lot of clients said that this New Foldable House is not the same one with Expandable Tiny House ? Why the price are so difference? Now, Let's take a look at the differences between them.

1.The first difference is their size.

The size of Expandable Tiny House is 4.6mx2.3mx2.5H, about 10 square meters. And the New Foldable House size is 2.95Mx4.8Mx2.5H, about 14 square meters. The space of the New Foldable House is increased, which solves the problem that many clients think that the Expandable Tiny House space is not enough. We can also see from the appearance of the more significant difference is that we have made an extension of the shed on the new product, which is a relatively large upgrade to make the house more waterproof.

2.The second point is the material, the material used in the two products is also very different.

Expandable Tiny House, we use 40mm IEPS sandwich pane for the wall and roof , very good waterproof and fireproof performance. The floor use 15mm WBP plywood(waterproof and fireproof) . For the New Foldable House, we use 50mm EPS sandwich panel, it has a very good flame retardant and insulation effect, and is more suitable for some areas that require insulation performance. The floor use 18mm bamboo plywood flooring and PVC tile.

3.The third point of difference is the number of containers loading quantity. 

The Expandable Tiny House one 40HQ sea container can be loaded 20 sets, the New Foldable House one 40HQ can be loaded 12 sets. All save a lot on shipping costs.
